Forms and Other Important Information (ASPEN)
Most forms and information can be found in ASPEN, which is our new student information system. If you don't know your Aspen login, email techhelpdesk@interlochen.org. New students and parents for Fall 2013: you will receive your ASPEN login in the following months.
There are a few forms not yet available in ASPEN:

- Birthday Cake Order Form

Class Registration and Academic Counseling
The Academic and College Counseling professional staff is integral in the creation of the schedule matrix and course selection for both new and returning students to meet graduation requirements as well as post-secondary application requirements.
Photo Archives
Interlochen has teamed with SmugMug to offer current parents and alumni the opportunity to see and order prints of photos taken during the Academy year. On-Campus Lodging
Interlochen offers overnight accommodations of several styles. You may choose the Stone Center Hotel, which is centrally located on campus and is newly renovated. During the summer, Academy residence units are also open to accommodate guests. Interlochen also offers cabin-style lodges. These range from rustic to luxurious and from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units. Check rates and book online, or call 231.276.7570.
Day Student Parents
The parent/guardian of a Day Student must call the Education Office 231.276.7378 to obtain a valid pass if illness, weather, or any other circumstance makes it necessary for the student to miss classes. Day students are subject to the same attendance policies as boarding students. If a Day Student must miss classes due to illness, a call from the parent/guardian must be received within 24 hours if a missed class is to be counted as excused. Please see the Academy Student Handbook for details on the attendance policy for Day Students.
Parents Yahoo! Group
Join the Interlochen Arts Academy parents Yahoo! Group: The IAAparents Yahoo! Group is a forum for parents of current Academy students to network and discuss issues of common interest. Membership in this group is monitored and limited to Academy parents.
