Jenny Boudreault

Jenny Boudreault is a Visual Arts Instructor at the Academy. She is also Adjunct Art Faculty at Craven Community since 2010. In 2008-2009 she served as Adjunct Art Faculty at Carteret Community College.

Jenny holds an MFA in Illustration from the School of Visual Arts in New York City and a BFA in Painting from Washington University in St. Louis. In 2005 she was awarded a U.S. Fulbright Scholarship to Barcelona, Spain. Jenny is a Visual Arts alum of both Interlochen Arts Academy and Arts Camp.

In addition to teaching painting, printmaking, and illustration at the Academy, Jenny works primarily in paint as a visual artist and illustrator. Past solo art exhibitions include "To the Heart" 2010 at Blackbird Art Gallery in Asheville, NC and "Awakenings" 2009 at the William and Florence Schmidt Art Center in Belleville, IL. Her most recently published illustrations appear in Western North Carolina Woman and CNN Money Magazines.
