Kaleigh James began her Interlochen career as the Galley and Presentations Coordinator for Interlochen Arts Camp in the summer of 2012. Since then she has held positions in various departments across campus, including Education, Admission, and Visual Arts where she taught classes in Art History. Kaleigh served as the Education and Outreach Director for Crooked Tree Arts Center in Traverse City from 2016-2017. She returned to campus in September 2017 as Assistant Director of Academy Admission, working with incoming students in Comparative Arts, Creative Writing, Dance, Motion Picture Arts, Theatre, and Visual Arts. In her current role as an Academic and College Counselor, she looks forward to working more closely with enrolled students and families, and returning to her roots as an arts educator and administrator.
