Kellyn Hawley

Residence Hall Coordinator, Interlochen Arts Academy

B.A., theatre arts studies and wildlife biology, Lees-McRae College

This is Kellyn's first year working at Interlochen Arts Academy and they are absolutely jazzed to be a part of the Residence Life family! Kellyn was born and raised in a tiny town in east Tennessee. They graduated from Lees-McRae College with a double major in theatre and wildlife biology where they dramaturged, stage-managed, necropsied, and birded. They are passionate about living theatre and environmental education! Kellyn spent their summer working at Interlochen Arts Camp as the Program Director for Intermediate Boys. They thoroughly loved their time here and is thrilled to be able to continue experiencing the beauty of Michigan. In their spare time, Kellyn enjoys reading, playwrighting, and getting out to explore the outdoors. They always have a good book and a cup of caffeine at the ready. Kellyn is looking forward to supporting the young adults at the Academy as they learn and grow here!
